Does it ring a bell???
I remember one of the apartments, maybe by the name of Mulberry Square, where I was sleeping on a couch one night,... there was a wall behind me and a covered window across from me ... your room was behind the wall. My mother was sleeping in bed. You came out and moved the blankets and put your mouth on my private parts. you asked me: "Does that feel good"? Do you remember? You should.
I remember when you lived in a duplex... not the shitty small one, but another one, where there where others close by. We could see into neighbors yards because there weren't any fences.. It had greyish carpeting. You told me that you wanted to play dentist and count my teeth. It was daytime and my mother was out of the house then. I remember lying on my left side while you put your penis in my mouth. You got off in my mouth and I spat in the sink in your bathroom.
It was this same duplex where you and my mother were hanging something up on a wall and I mouthed the words: I"I hate you, Gary". You saw me and asked me why I said that. I told you that I said "I was just eating". Well, you had it right... I did say that I hated you. Did you really give me a reason not to?
It was still this same duplex where you picked my brother up and threw him against the wall because you were mad at him for some reason. He was just a baby.
I remember, in the shitty duplex, the really small one where only a door connected us to the neighbors... you had put your mouth on me and made me put my mouth on you... in your bed that you shared with my mother... i think it was a waterbed. You always made sure that she was not around when you did these things to me. To prove how good my memory is, I remember a fire that destroyed the next door nieghtbor's house. I slept on the couch because it was a one bedroom duplex and remember hearing them fight at noght once in a while...I believe they had two older boys and a little girl, blonde I recall. We swam in their pool once. Do you remember? You should.
I remember a trailor... I had a room where you came in and put your mought on me. You again asked: "Does that feel good?". Do you remember? You should.
These are just a few of the incidents, in some kind order, that I still remember. I'm sure you do too.... and I bet that you are shocked that I remembered these details. As you can tell, my memory is very good...good for me, bad for you.
I recently noticed that after all of these years you have not been a registered sex offender. You have been around children and God only knows what kind of hell you have put another child through.
I may not be able to get you registered, but believe me, I will make sure that everyone knows what you are and what you did to me. I will get my hands on any paperwork I can and I will systematically tell everyone you know what you are and what you did.... I mean EVERYONE!
As you have continously denied the atrocities you have committed against me, I am giving you an ultimatum.You either write me back, admitting what you did to me and WHY you did what you did, or I will not hold back and I will do everything that I said I would.
Don't bother to threaten me with slander. I know the law and there is documentation to corroborate what happened. It's your choice.
After all theses years, you are going to own up to your crime. I am not a liar, have not been 'brainwashed', and remember what you did to me. Now you also know that I remember.

Above testimony happened when Rheannon was approximately 5 through 8 years of age. Charges were filed when she was approximately 8 years of age. Gary was arrested on 9 counts of sexual battery. However he plea bargained down to one count of lewd and lascivious behaviour with a child and was convicted on that. He was sentenced to five and a half years in prison, and nine and a half years of probation. However he only served one year of prison time and then served the probation.
